张桂敏教授，主任医师，专技二级，博士生导师，中国医师协会心血管外科医师分会第二、三、四、五届常委，云南省医师协会心血管外科医师分会第一、二届主委，国家微创心血管外科专委会委员，国家心血管病专业质控中心专家委员会心外科专家工作组专家，中国医师协会体外生命支持专家委员会委员，中华医学会第九届胸心血管外科分会委员，中国医药生物技术协会心血管外科技术与工程分会常委，国家自然科学基金委评审专家，《中华外科杂志》编委。长期从事心血管外科临床、科研与教学工作，着重于大血管疾病、冠心病、瓣膜病外科等领域，先后主持完成多项国家自然科学基金等国家级和省部级科研项目，在SCI及专业核心期刊等杂志发表论文50余篇，培养硕士及博士研究生数十名。荣获“第五届中国医师奖”和“首届中国医师协会心血管外科分会优秀中青年心血管外科医师奖”以及多项省科技进步奖和卫生科技成果奖及云南省政府特殊津贴，入选云南省“万人”计划名医专项/云岭名医。

Professor Zhang Guimin, chief physician, technical Level II, doctoral supervisor; the second, third, fourth and fifth members of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Association of the Cardiovascular Surgeons; the first and second Chairman of the Cardiovascular Surgeons Branch of the Yunnan Medical Doctor Association; member of the National Minimally Invasive Cardiovascular Surgery Special Committee, and the Cardio-surgery Expert Working Group of the National Cardiovascular Disease Professional Quality Control Center Expert Committee; Member of the Extracorporeal Life Support Expert Committee of the Chinese Medical Doctor Association, member of the 9th Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; member of the Standing Committee of the Cardiovascular Surgery Technology and Engineering Branch of the Chinese Medical Biotechnology Association, review expert of the National Natural Science Foundation, editorial board member of the Chinese Journal of Surgery. He has been engaged in clinical, scientific research and teaching work of cardiovascular surgery for a long time, focusing on the fields of great vessel disease, coronary heart disease, valvular disease surgery, etc. He has presided over a number of national , provincial and ministerial scientific research projects such as the National Natural Science Foundation, published more than 50 papers in SCI and professional core journals and other magazines, and trained dozens of master and Ph.D students.Won the "Fifth Chinese Doctor Award" and "the first Chinese Medical Doctor Association Cardiovascular Surgery Branch Outstanding Young and middle-aged Cardiovascular Surgeons Award" and a number of provincial science and technology progress awards and health science and technology achievement awards and Yunnan provincial government special allowance, Yunnan Province "ten thousand people" plan famous doctor special/Yunling famous doctor.
