Research areas of interest include studies of upper airway with 2D or 3D imaging techniques, 3D imaging techniques in Orthodontics, the esthetic aspect of orthodontic-orthographic combined treatment, biological response of circummaxillary sutures and clinical studies of rapid maxillary expansion, the morphological characters of TMJ in different facial type and craniofacial morphology in TMD patients, and clinical investigations on different treatment modalities in open bite malocclusions. Have been granted national and internationally, published more than 50 articles in peer-reviewed journal and contributed 7 book chapters.
